Neil Maria is an information technology entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in the U.S. and internationally including recruiting, business development, marketing, sales, and systems development and database design.

Neil has provided recruiting services to a broad range of high-tech companies including Oracle, Informix, Progress Software, InterSolv, Quovadx, XDB Systems, Metastorm, eCommetry, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Battelle, CGI/AMS,Seebeyond, StorageTek, Cabletron, Kapow Technologies, and many others.

Neil also specializes in introducing North American High-Tech start-ups to the China/Asian Pacific marketplace. Additionally he has worked closely with many government technology companies in the DC metro area.

For the past 10 years Neil has utilized the most effective online and offline strategies for recruiting and business development. Prior to becoming a CardBrowser Partner, Neil used the CardBrowser service to power marketing and candidate sourcing programs for his own business.

Neil earned a B.S. in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland.

He is married with four children and resides in Perry Hall, MD. Neil's community involvement has included Youth Football and Youth Lacrosse Coach, Member and Former President of the St. Stephen School Fathers Club, Junior Achievement Corporate Volunteer, and Board Member for the St. Stephen Parish Annual Carnival.
